This is to certify that Mr. Sattya Ranjan Baruri, son of Mr. Kalipada Baruri and Mrs. Vanumoti Baruri, residing at Village: Araji Sajiara, Post Office: Sajiara, Police Station: Dumuria, District: Khulna, is serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Sanskrit at Dumuria College, Dumuria, Khulna. He has been working in this institution since 22 January 1996 and is a permanent employee of the college. To the best of my knowledge, he bears a good moral character and is not involved in any subversive or anti-state activities.

The college authority has no objection to his applying for and obtaining a passport. This certificate is issued upon his request for the purpose of passport processing.
