This is to certify that Mr. Chandi Das Kundu, son of Kanai Lal Kundu, residing at Village: Araji Dumuria, Post Office: Sajiara, Police Station: Dumuria, District: Khulna, is an Assistant Teacher in the Department of Library Science at Dumuria College, Dumuria, Khulna. He has been serving in this institution since January 3, 2010.

To the best of my knowledge, he is not involved in any activity subversive to the college or the state. He intends to visit India to tour important historical sites. This institution has no objection to his proposed visit.

I wish him a safe and successful journey.
