This is to certify that Mr. Probir Kumar Raha, son of Dulal Krishna Raha, residing at Village: Golna, Post Office: Sajiara, Police Station: Dumuria, District: Khulna, is a Demonstrator in the Geography Department of this college. He has been serving in this position since September 01, 1999.

To the best of my knowledge, he is not involved in any activity subversive to the state or the institution. He bears good moral character.

He intends to visit India to visit important historical sites and will raise no objection to his visit.

I wish him a safe and successful journey.
